The location was perfect for our needs, with convenient access to Dulles Airport, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The parking was free, which was a bonus. Despite the small hiccup with the fire alarms going off, the staff handled it well and ensured our safety. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom and plenty of towels. The wifi was strong, although we had to reset it each time we returned to the hotel. we found it to be a great value for money. We would definitely recommend Suburban Studios for a pleasant stay.

The hotel was excellent, it had extremely friendly staff in night shift. The room was great value with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a microwave oven, a fridge, and coffee/tea making equipment.

I recently stayed at Suburban Studios in Sterling for a week to visit family. The location was perfect, being close to my relatives and only a short drive to parks and grocery stores. The facilities were always clean, despite the high amount of traffic. I was pleasantly surprised to have a mini-kitchen in my room, which was a great convenience while traveling with my children. The added bonus of a gym was also appreciated. The staff was friendly and the check-in process was smooth, even though they were short-staffed. this hotel met all my needs and I would definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed having a room with 2 beds. Everywhere was clean. The hotel had a particularly good location, not far from the shopping center, airport, and roads to DC and the Dulles Town Center.

Convenient Location and Excellent Service

We recently stayed at Suburban Studios and were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location. It was close to the places we wanted to visit, making it easy for us to get around. The service at the front desk was outstanding, with Ivan and Reggy going above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We truly appreciated their dedication and attentiveness.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as difficulty finding roller carts and the lack of laundry facilities, these did not significantly impact our overall experience.

The venue is fairly clean, with great and magnificent location near to the Mall and a large Walmart and numerous restaurants and sterling Virginia and Airport. Very welcoming and pleasant staff in night shift, everything is excellent.
